We offer six main kinds of medal: engravable, centre holder, package, fully metal, laminated and fully bespoke. The right one depends on your budget, your quantity and how personal you want the medal to be.
A ready-made sport medal that you personalise with engraving. For example, the JM85 judo medal is 70mm across and £1.45, with free engraving up to 24 letters on each medal as long as the engraving is the same on all. Additional letters are 2p each, and if the engraving changes it is 10p extra per medal.
A medal with a 25mm space in the middle where you add your own centre, such as a printed logo. The minimum order is 50. The 50mm medals are 44p at 50 or more and 39p at 300 or more, and the 40mm medals are 45p at 50 or more and 42p at 300 or more. Engraving on the back is 2p a letter.
A medal supplied with a printed 25mm centre and a woven ribbon of your choice, personalised with your wording or design. For example, Swimming Package 10 is a 50mm medal in gold, silver and bronze, or a mixture. It is 72p unassembled, where we print your centre and the ribbon comes with a clip for you to attach, or 81p assembled and ready to hand out. The minimum order is 100 on most package medals.
A metal medal with a metal inset printed to your design, so the whole medal is metal. For example, MM1 is 52mm across and 3mm thick, with a minimum order of 25. It is £1.65 each at 25 or more, falling to £1.20 at 1000 or more. Prices include personalising the design, with no set up or die cost, and engraving is 2p a letter.
A budget friendly medal with your design printed on a laminated vinyl centre. For example, BML-A is 45mm across and 2.5mm thick, with a minimum order of 25. It is £1.35 each at 25 or more, falling to 90p at 1000 or more. There is no set up or die cost, and engraving is 2p a letter.
Medals made to your own design in any shape, size or thickness, with or without enamel. Styles include fully enamel, non enamel, spinner, coloured base metal, PVC, wooden, glitter enamel and coins. The minimum order is 100 on the fully enamel, non enamel and coloured base metal styles, and the artwork is free.
For a quick, simple award, an engravable or centre holder medal is a good start. If you want a medal with a printed centre and ribbon ready to hand out, choose a package medal. If you want your own design printed with no set up cost, choose fully metal or laminated. If you want a one-off shape or finish, choose fully bespoke.
