All prices appearing on our website are the current prices and are subject to VAT at the standard rate. Prices from previous brochures & websites no longer apply. We reserve the right to make any adjustments to prices listed on this website. If necessary these will be notified at the time of ordering.
All orders are dispatched with carriage added at cost (please ask for price at time of ordering). We reserve the right to ask for payment before the order is despatched for new and existing customers. For all customers on account terms the invoice is due for payment within 28 days of the invoice date.
For goods despatched via carrier please check the goods before signing or sign unchecked. All damages must be reported within 48 hours on receipt of goods.
Prices shown on our website are a guide and may change due to dollar/euro/sterling exchange rates. Any changes will be notified to you before you place an order.
Products appearing on our website do not necessarily imply that Teamstrides Ltd have supplied to the owner of the name or trademark but are there to give a representation of what can be achieved.
All logos and trademarks supplied to us are reproduced on the basis that our customers have permission to use. Please note that quantities of bespoke medals and badges can vary slightly due to the process involved. On all printed items we reserve the right to print +/- 5% and charge accordingly. Mugs are excluded from this variant in quantities.
Colours of our products throughout the brochure are there as a guide and cannot be relied upon for the exact match in colour on the supplied item. We offer proofs on bespoke items where requested. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to check all details are correct before confirming. Any changes after confirmation has been given may incur costs. There can be up to a 5% variance in Pantone colours on our items.
Delivery dates on bespoke items are approximate and can only be guaranteed once the items are ready to dispatch.
Whilst Teamstrides Ltd will try to achieve customers' delivery dates, rush orders will be at the customer's risk and cost, although this will be highlighted upon placing the order.
All screens, dies, moulds & set-ups guarantee sole rights and exclusivity of the design to the customer, while the physical item always remains the property of Teamstrides Ltd and is in no way transferable.
Ownership of goods remains with Teamstrides Ltd until payment has been received in full. Until that time, the customer holds the goods on a fiduciary basis for Teamstrides Ltd and must store them separately and identifiably from other stock. Teamstrides Ltd reserves the right to recover any unpaid goods at any time.
Bespoke and personalised items are made to order. Cancellations requested before production has begun may be accepted at our discretion, and any costs already incurred (including artwork, screens, dies or set-up charges) will be charged accordingly. Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled and will be charged in full.
Replacements and/or refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive items that are incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of when the parcel is received and return the items to us; once received we will supply a replacement or refund. Carriage cost of returns will be reimbursed once proof of costs are given. Please note! We will not start the production of the replacements until the incorrect order has been returned to us.
Goods supplied to limited companies are supplied on the following basis only: if the company goes into administration or is left in a dormant state without our account being cleared, the liability of the debt will be automatically transferred to the person or persons who are named as the PSC of the company AT COMPANIES HOUSE. This person or persons will be personally liable for the outstanding amount. If you are ordering on behalf of a limited company and you are not the PSC, please make the PSC aware of our trading terms. We assume that by placing an order you have made the company's PSC aware of our terms, and only accept orders on that basis.
Charities are supplied on the basis that the trustees are personally liable and ultimately responsible for settling the account. If for any reason the charity does not settle, please make your trustees aware before you order. We accept orders only on the basis that you have done this.
The person ordering on behalf of a club, league, association or any third party is ultimately responsible for settling the account if for any reason the club, league, association or third party they have ordered on behalf of does not clear the account.
Any personal data provided to us in connection with an order will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR. We will only use your information to process and fulfil your order and will not share it with third parties except where necessary to do so.
Teamstrides Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, flood, industrial action, supplier failure, or disruption to transport networks. In such circumstances, delivery dates will be extended accordingly.
